Signing up for an account in PlanetRomeo is a quick step-by-step process. The first step is to nominate a username, and if the username is available, you need to provide your birthdate. Only those who are 18 years old and over can sign up on the dating site.

Afterward, you need to indicate your location, which you can set manually or automatically by turning on your location services. Once done, you need to provide your email and nominate a password. Planet Romeo will ask you to upload a profile photo, which would not go under any approval process. GuyCandy

GuyCandy organises members into a list based on what appears on their profile pictures. This tab has seven categories:

• Twinks - this category displays members who appear to be young and cute on their profile photos
• Jocks - you can find men who are oozing with sex appeal in this category
• Gents - Gents show members that are matured and seem to have a lot of dating experience
• Muscles - this exhibits profiles of members who show off their ripped bodies on their profile pictures
• Bears - Bears show users who have profile photos that show a full-bearded face or a hairy chest
• Bananas - these users display or highlight their front private areas on their profile pictures
• Apples - this category shows users who show their bottoms on their display pictures

Profiles of PlanetRomeo members are free for all members to view. When you click on a member on any search function, his profile will pop up on the screen. Profiles display the member’s profile photo on the left, and under this is his photo gallery. Photos from his private album are censored, and when you click them, you will see the button to request access.

The different contacting features, such as Footprint and Messaging, hover on the user’s profile picture. Quick details such as age, username, social media accounts, location, and when the user was last active are also at the bottom of his display picture.

On the right side of the pop-up profile window is his profile information. At the very top, you will see his sexual preference and what he’s looking for on the dating site. Below this is the section about the details of his appearance. Under this are the specifics about his sexual preferences and desires.

There is an about me paragraph and more personal information that sit below the appearance and sexual preference sections, but most members usually don’t fill this out.
