Signing up for Aisle is not complicated at all. First, you have to download the app from Google Play Store of Apple Store. Once you've installed it on your mobile device, click the purple button which says "Login with Phone Number." It is the only option available to create your account. Next, you have to enter your number so they can send the one-time password (OTP) to you. You have one minute to enter the OTP. If you did not receive it, you have to ask for the app to resend it to you. Upon receiving, enter the OTP right away and click "Continue."

Now, you have verified your phone number, you can start adding basic information about yourself. Type in your first name, email address, gender, date of birth and your current location. Then, upload at least two photos and make sure that your face is visible since it will be reviewed later on by the moderators. Next, scroll up or down to choose your height in feet. Your status will also be asked, so you can choose from single, single with kids, divorced, divorced with kids, separated, separated with kids, or widowed. Declare your faith and pick one from the choices. You can choose any of the following: Hindu, Spiritual, Muslim, Christian, Atheist, Agnostic, Buddhist., etc. For your mother tongue, there's English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, etc.

After the basic information, you'll be asked about your habits. The first question is about smoking. You can answer yes, no, or planning to quit. For drinking habits, you may choose, teetotaler, occasionally, socially, regular or planning to quit.

In terms of career and educational attainment, choose amount the list of the field such as Medicine, Engineering or Architecture. You may also declare you highest qualification by choosing Bachelors, to Post Doctorate, or others. Your job is also an important information need, so click on the correct industry where you work in and the years of your work experience.

For the last step, you have to choose the word that describes you better. 

• Passive or Aggressive
• Adventure or Glamour
• Adopt or Conceive
• Calm or Short Tempered
• Liberal or Conservative

When you're done with the process, there will be a reminder to delete the app since it aims to keep "Desis" off dating apps forever. It implies that you will find a match and you won't be needing any other apps after using Aisle.

After finishing the registration process, you will be redirected to the homepage where you can see one profile at a time. You have the option to click on the heart icon to send them a "like" reaction. There's also a button for "Send Invite." If you want to skip the profile, just click on the "X" button on the lower-left part of the page. Both liking and passing are done anonymously. However, if both of you liked each other, you will be connected and you can start messaging each other.

There is also an Icebreaker part of the profile which acts as a conversation starter and lead other people to write back to you and ask more about yourself.

For the match results, you can adjust your preferences by rating each topic from 0 to 10. Here are the criteria: Books, Cooking, Fitness, Music, Party, Pets, Shopping, Sports, Travel, Cinema, Television, and Gaming.

Viewing profiles in Aisle is free for members who are on your criteria.  Most members take the time to complete their profiles and upload multiple photos. however, premium members add additional criteria to what they are looking for. The items include marital status, height, smoking, drinking, industry, qualifications, and work experience.

On a member's profile, you'll find all the information that you can also see on your own profile. Aside from that, a member's activity (online or offline) can also be seen there. There are still some members who are not comfortable sharing the additional description so they opt to choose "Other" instead. 

You can upload photos for free, the minimum is two photos. However, make sure that your face is recognizable since your photos might, later on, be taken down by the moderators. It can also affect your profile and account standing. You have up to three attempts to redeem your profile once you get caught not using an appropriate picture.

Aisle has recently launched a new profile feature called "Settle Down" that enables users to easily specify what kind of serious relationships they are hoping to find on the app. This makes matching people for long-term relationships easier and more accurate. You can choose from the numerous options available to make it clear what kind of serious relationships you want; if you want to get married someday or you just want to have a meaningful and long-lasting relationship with someone. This way, you can easily finetune your matches and know their intentions without any of the awkwardness.

You can pay for the premium packages and Concierge package of Aisle through your mobile phone's app store or credit card. 

With the VIP membership, you get to send up to 5 Invites daily, like unlimited profiles, see who likes you, start conversations, and set more preferences.

The concierge feature lets you enjoy all premium benefits as well. Plus, you'll be prioritised and be on top of the like and invites lists. You will also get a Concierge Badge which adds to the credibility of your profile.
