Heyy does not exactly give us traditional profiles. Instead, you see photos of people on your feed. When you click on a member’s photo, you are automatically directed to their live video chat. You have to purchase diamonds to make the call last longer. If you don’t have any diamonds, you will only get a few seconds. Most people would use these video chats and transfer to other platforms if they want to keep in touch.
On these thumbnails, profile, name, and age are displayed. You can filter these suggestions according to gender, language, and location. You can find popular people under the Hot tab. If you want to check out newbies and meet exciting personalities, you can go to the New tab and check your options there.

This app intrigued me. However, when I tried it, it did not live up to its concept. While I like the concept of video chatting and meeting new people, it felt weird that there’s no way to chat with them other than through video. Some people are better using text instead of video and vice versa. It’s just weird that there’s only video chat available and you have to purchase diamonds, messages, and premium memberships to really contact other people. A bummer, really

However, upon our investigation, we found the app’s user interface and user experience to be complicated and hard to navigate at times. It isn’t simple. There seems to be another special feature hidden a few clicks away. You must find these bits yourself instead of having it all laid down in front of you.
