Once you register, you need to be careful with your password, as the site is password-sensitive. You must type in the password inside the field and not just copy-paste it from somewhere. On the other hand, premium members can get unlimited messaging, send kisses for subtle flirtations, and add profiles as their 'friends'. They can also add other members to their 'favourites' list. 

It seems like Milf Area is more inclined to simpler profiles than comprehensive ones. The information you will see is divided into three sections: Short Description, Questions and Answers, and Personal Data. You may edit yours under the My Profile tab.

You might notice that most users are just focused on stating their type of sexual adventures and preferences. For instance, they would say that their very much into role-playing, sex with strangers, sex in public places, etc. There are only a few members who are quite conservative and unrevealing. You'll need to dig deeper and communicate with them to know whether they're legit or not.

Despite the site's efforts to filter suspicious accounts, fake profiles remain. If you encounter such profiles, you can block and report them to the site's moderators.
