Shaadi is a 'matrimonial' website where one can meet members primarily of South Asian heritage(Indian/Pakistani/Bangaldeshi / Sri Lankan)
The downside is that at least in Australia, the ratio of males:females on Shaadi is about 3:1 - so 60-70% male vs 30% female.
The other downside is that Shaadi staff are inclined to randomly 'verify' your profile which means that unless you surrender your ID such as passport or driver's license etc. your profile will be taken offline and eventually deleted.
I was a fee paying member of the site but had my profile removed for 'verification' and because I refused to share my passport and other details my profile was eventually deleted from Shaadi.
